What are you using the system for? Do you know the clearance of your heatsink?

They are different speeds (the first link being fastest and the last being the slowest), ram speed will not matter unless you are using an apu.

That's another thing... It's for my haswel i7 4770k, evga gtx 770 2gb sc

I wanted a asrock z87 extreme 6 mobo but I'm very confused about exceptable memory ... do you know if this ram works on this mobo because as far as I'm aware it should but only the first few model numbers match up on the spec sheet.

I also wanted a corsair h100i so low profile ram is what i'm after.

With a H100i, you will be fine with high profile RAM, too. Since that heatsink won't block the sockets.

If you are gaming, you only need 1600.

If you are editing and looking to utilise your i7, then faster RAM will be beneficial, but not necessary.

the gskill has a slightly higher speed but the are both cl9 .... 

 

also the corsair ram looks awesome.
