I have a phenom II x4 965 BE oc'd to 4.2 ghz with 2 550 tis (it was a good deal at the time) and I haven't noticed any bottleneck issues. I can run most games high or maxed out just fine at 45-60 fps or higher. Only game I've ever had any significant amount of trouble with is ghost recon future soldier, but its ok because that game sucks. Just sayin.
