800$ pc build

I am wanting to build my first PC I am on a budget and I am wanting to get the best bang for my buck, I do not seem to see any compatibility issues thus far but I could be wrong, one thing I might worry about is if the PSU will be enough. I am purchasing all hardware on Amazon so the build is right over 800$ even though it is listed lower on pcpartpicker I am thinking this would save me on shipping correct me if I am wrong. And the headache from ordering from multiple websites.

Thoughts and opinions are much appreciated.

Grab a 7870 XT it is about the same price but almost as good as a 7950. Your PSU is good.

^He has it right.

This one? http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00AO35AXU/?tag=pcpapi-20

Or this one?  http://www.amazon.com/Sapphire-Radeon-PCI-Express-Graphics-11199-20-20G/dp/B00AWKYB1M/ref=pd_sim_sbs_pc_2

Ehhh I just went ahead with this GPU... http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B006O714G2/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER

The 7950 is great!

If you live in the US try this one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202024&Tpk=7870xt comes with two free games.

I don't trust power color. Sapphire is a better company.

This build is good and way better for about the same price http://pcpartpicker.com/p/Cb7L

This build with the AMD FX8350 is Great, I would recommend this one over the other. Except the case, but this is a matter of personal preference.

Is the 8-Core really necessary will it help me that much in game?

Well as in right now no but in a year or so it will. The new xbox will have 8 cores so the pc ports will also support 8 cores.

This year... Maybe not but in next one or two years it will, FX 8350 is great for video editing, streaming and recording. It beats i5 when you are streaming/recording and gaming at the same time.
