You should be good with that then, but dont get the stock cooler on the 7970. Look at getting the dual fan models from one of the companies. They really arent that much more, if at all.
I'm looking at the Club3D 7970 RoyalQueen, which has two fans. But the Sapphire 7970 OC comes in at 20 euros more. Should I get the Sapphire with Dual-X cooling, or get the Club3D with the two fans? The fan amount is the same, but the Sapphire card is OC'ed out of the box.
The Club3D card has a standard clock of 925 (975 with turbo) with 5500 MHz of memory clock and the Sapphrie card has 950 standard clock and 1000 with boost with 5700 MHz of memory clock.
i would go for the GTX 770 JetStream van Palit it's one of the cheapes GTX 770 and it has very high overclock from the factory

Of the 7970's I would probably go with the royalqueen, but if you dont want to bother with overclocking, then the sapphire might be what you want.
Another option is the gigahertz edition. Its a bit more, but its the super-high overclock version of the 7970.
I'll stick to the royalqueen then.

I don't live in the US so it would cost me a bucketload of money to ship it over to Holland.
Besides, they don't ship internationally at all.
