1. The branding of the "super clocking" and the memory bus. For 2GB, there will be no difference.
2. The ACX cooler isn't much better. It blows more heat into the system, while the others blow heat out.
Okay, which cooler in ur oppinion is the best, MSI, ASUS,etc.??
i was looking at evga because of precision x (it looked like a nice and easy way to overclock etc.)
With a 760, I doubt that you will see a need to do any overclocking. At 1080p, it should max out most games just fine at stock. That said, at stock, the difference between the coolers is moot. The ACX cooler is probably the best out of those availble on the cards stock, but I seriously doubt that you would see any real-world improvements. Certainly no performance gains. A better cooler will only mean that you can overclock better (for the most part - though the noise level is another thing to consider).
I would say to go with whatever is cheapest, or if you are feeling spendy, get the 4gb version. Also, check other sites to make sure that you are getting the best price.
I am pretty sure that 384 bit is a typo. The acx cooler is a pretty standard dual fan cooler but evga is a good company so I wouldnt hesitate to get it. I also like the Asus directcu II 760 as it seems to be a bit smaller and only takes a single 8pin to power it instead of a 6 and 8. I havent read to much on it though.
A single 8 pit won't allow for any decent overclocking.
Its likely somewhat limiting but if you are looking for serious overclocking I would think 7950s would be a better card anyhow.
It seems pretty middle of the road.

Go with the MSI. It is the quietest and runs the coolest.
Provide the benches that back this.

The Asus GTX 760 beats it by 1 degree under load but the MSI beats the ASUS by 6 dbA.
