Well, to put it blunt and somewhat insulting, my annoying and irresponsible cousin won't stop annoying the hell out of me about building a gaming PC. First my uncle builds him one, then after 6 months he says it sucks, then buys an overpriced Dell desktop, and now wants to build a PC on his own and/or with my help or my uncle's help. Now my aunt is letting him get one for Christmas and the max budget she can spend is $750. To be honest, I just really want him to leave me along already.
All I know is that he is going to do gaming and maybe some game capture. You don't have to include a hard drive because my cousin is saying he will take the hard drive out the Dell and wipe it and just use that for now. Also no need to include OS, accessories, etc.
I will say add quality thermal paste with the budget too, and you can go a little bit over because it's not a really big deal to them or something.
