Im looking for something around $750 that can play all games right now on max. A new monitor would be nice, but for right now im at 1440x900. It looks alright, but if its a cheap enough 1080p monitor it would be nice.

with monitor, 7950, SSD, have to settle for a lower end cpu and motherboard to accommodate the gpu, dont worry it wont be a bottleneck - cpu has more than enough grunt for gaming etc. Overclocking isnt really the best idea with the board either.
All up you'll be able to play whatever you want at max or close to it @1080p. SSD for fast boots and the piece of mind with a good quality psu.
Or skip the SSD for now and go with a higher quality motherboard and a much better CPU. Future upgrades would be an aftermarket cooler and you're set.

Or, you could skip the monitor for now, include the SSD, and save up for a monitor later

You guys are posting things way above what he asked for... I mean $890 is quite a bit higher than the $750 budget he asked for...and he asked for a monitor if possible. Plus I don't think an SSD makes much sense in this price range.
- This is the best I could get if you really need the monitor: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1H1eH
All the bells and whistles? No. Some not all or even close. (no onboard USB3 for example, cpu cooler isn't the best but you can do a some overclocking with it, but I wouldn't really suggest it with the motherboard)
Great stuff? For the most part.
- The motherboard isn't amazing but it's pretty great. (I use it.)
- And the case is pretty basic but still nice, especially for the money.
- RAM doesn't matter that much really and the RAM isn't the best, but I even used it for the better rig because it matters so little in a build like either of these.
Max out every game? Most games maybe. All? No.
The whole thing is not bad, just not amazing.
The monitor is actually pretty great too.(thinking of getting one myself)
- If you can deal with the monitor you have now, you can get this: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1H24L
All bells and whistles? Most of them (If you want them all then you'll have to spend a bit more money)
Great stuff? Most definitely.
- The case isn't the most high end but it's a GREAT case for the money.
- The power supply gives you enough headroom to play around with overclocking or upgrade to an 8350 and maybe a 7970 or better.
- Also the heatsync performs about on par with the H100 but without the price tag so if you overclock you don't have to really worry about heat.
- And most the stuff in here is black too so it stays color coordinated, excluding the RAM of course. (Idk why but I'm proud of that)
Max out every game? Most. To max out everything you're getting pretty close with this build but not enough to max out EVERYTHING. Everything will look pretty great with this build with just a few setting turned down though.
(Also you get 3 free games with this one.)
The first build is barely above your price range but I hope you can manage.
Hope I helped. Good luck!
Something must have jumped in price... My first build WAS $746 when I put it together last night.... oh well
power supplies usually jump a lot. Like way to often.
