650W Enough For Crossfire 280X's

I need to find out for my friend if this PSU will be enough to run a system with either an 8350 or a 4670K(both would be OC) with two R9-280X's.  I have a feeling it won;t be enough for his system, but I'm just making sure I recommend what's best.

Barely, just barely on Haswell.

It'll be cutting it close, but those SeaSonics can usually output more power than they're rated for since they're so damn efficient, so you should have enough.  Go for the 750W version though if you want to be safe.
