I installed Win11 on a freshly cleaned SSD through Rufus turning off all the crap Microsoft wants from you. Installed the newest chipset drivers for my x570 Aurora Master board. Installed CPUID HWmonitor and saw all my cores are stuck at 3700mhz. Tried installing Master and see if anything there would fix anything by switching to different profiles or PBO. No luck, infact it says Ryzen Master unable to initialize. Kindly reinstall the program Hency Aborting!. So I went into safemode and uninstalled it, restarted and tried again. Same problem. So Iām at a loss here. Any ideas?
your bios is probably set to a static multiplier, make sure multipliers are set to auto aside from ram
