yeah i think that is it. All the hardware seems to be fine. if its a beta version. send in a report what you experience for that beta.
Update: bios F63b still does no fix anything so in conclusion F63a makes x4 pci-e work but x8 still does not work.
i ended up buying 5600x and GIGABYTE B450 I AORUS PRO WIFI does boot without GPU everything that i wanted now works fine all pci-e and all.
its a cpu problem not mobo since i used only 1 mobo but switching cpus made things go bad. 5600G is wired diffrently or idk
