I am looking for the best parts for this kind of amount to build, anybody can help would be really great full. Also if you could find a decent monitor with this build I might be able to stretch the budget to £600 with the monitor.

If you are willing to get rid of the optical drive and add a few pounds you can get an IPS panel...

actually, having a gigabyte mobo on my computer I would say that the fan controller on them is really crappy (can't go under 10% on the pwm) and would prefer an asus m5a97 LE or EVO , the difference between the two is -+ 4£ from the original quote and the evo has more usb connectors, firewire, and a beefier power stage if you plan on overclocking or using a better processor anytime or need more usb ports/a firewire port/esata, otherwise the LE should be fine

edit : if you don't care about the mouse bios and the noise of your fans or plan on buying a fan controller, go for the gigabyte it has an extra pcie x1 port and a beefier power stage (also it lacks the e-sata and firewire from the m5a97 evo)

Wow this is great pick! Thanks very much!

The Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P has a 8+2 power phase  the asus mobo's do not have better 'beefier power stage'  the LE has a unheatsinked 4+2  power phase and the EVO has a heatsinked 6+2 power phase.

The  GA-970A-UD3P is a newer mobo less than a year old and has newer technology than the now very old asus mobo's (it allso has a point and click bios) i am asumeing you are mixing up motherboards and thinking of a differnt gigabyte mobo.
