Razer is having a 50% off sale for "doing so well" at CES this year (in reality its probably a post-christmas inventory clearout). It states:
...all Razer peripherals will be on 50% off (excludes systems)...
If you were looking for something to pimp your setup with, this may be a good opportunity.
As of this posting, there is about 2hrs till it goes live for North America & Asia, and about 9hrs for Europe.

Really though, only good things they offer are probably the Headset(for pure gaming), maybe the deathadder, and Blackwidow tournament edition mechanical keyboard

Who or what is Razer Insider? Razer ID? Probably going to sit this one out.
It's razer's account system thing, for all their software/drivers and what not
Tartarus or Orbweaver for gaming, Keyboards are for typing, That's why they look like a typewriter...
The only games you should be playing on a keyboard are text adventures and the typing of the dead. :)
Bit of a con though seeing as they removed all the cheaper stuff available yesterday. I even put the bundle I was after in my checkout, now it's gone!
So with the price increase + VAT and high shipping (double what I would pay elsewhere) and no bundle that was available yesterday it's probably going to cost more to buy the same mouse + mat today :)
It's a closed ecosystem of bullshit that makes nvidia look benevolent.
