I still cant choose between them i do easy gaming but every so often i really wanna do video editing with my friend as well as burning my pirated videos but most of the time i use intel quick sync well thats if it wants to work i do pan on overclocking it with an h100i currently i have a 3450 its way better then my first gen core i3 on my old laptop but i would really like a cpu that willkeep up with me. my friend has a 2600 and he says his videos render really fast in cyberlink director 10 right onto you tube

well if you are going to use your pc just for gaming then get the 3570k,however if you will be doing some productivity on your pc such as rendering videos,editing and 3D modeling then get the 3770k which is the one im running right now it has the same gaming performance as the 3570k,also consider taking a look on the AMD 8350 im not 100% sure if they are better then the intels for productivity but they are really cheap considering the price of the 3770k
i am not looking into switch from intel to amd atm i just spent over 300 dollars on my maximus v formula board i rather not spend more then i need to atm
