$3500 Gaming/Streaming Build (SLI, 2011 Socket, AIO Liquid Cooling)

So Im looking at getting a New PC to use this or my old PC (i7 3770k) as a Dedicated streaming/folding rig.

This is what I have currently:

PC Part Picker Link:http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2DImr

CPU: Intel Core i7-4930K 3.4GHz 6-Core Processor

Heatsink: Corsair H110 94.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler

MoBo: ASRock X79 Extreme6 (This is a placeholder, Im not sure what MoBo to get and I want your guys opinion)

RAM: G.Skill Trident X Series 16GB (4 x 4GB) DDR3-2400 Memory

SSD: Samsung 840 EVO 500GB 2.5" Solid State Disk or x2 250GB Versions because Ive heard that Windows 8 does better with 2 drives because of the backround processes that could also be running on the SSD and slowing the game down. (I alread have plenty of Hardrives laying around so I don't need to get a new one. Just a SSD)

GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 780 Ti 3GB Video Card (x2 in SLI)

Case: Corsair 750D ATX Full Tower Case

DVD Drive: Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer (I will just be using this till I can transfer over my Bluray drive.

PSU: Corsair AX1200i (I already have the PSU, I am transfering it from my current build and will need to get a smaller PSU for my build to use it as a Streaming/ Folding PC)

Another thing I would need to know is what fans to get, Ive been looking at the Corsair SP's but I didnt see any that were 140mm. I am looking to do Push-Pull on my Cooler for fans. Also these are some fans I was looking at getting but they weren't on PC Part Picker that were recommended on another site I use.

bgears b-Blaster 140

Anyway, budget can go up to $3750-$3850 but no higher than that, if you could keep it $3500 or below that would be great.

Just giving you a heads up that your fan link is broken.

What about Noctua fans?

Builds looks pretty damn good, but I'm not the greatest with the 2011 socket as of yet.

There you go, Link fixed.

Also, I know Noctua fans are good but I dont like the color scheme on them. I dont think it goes well with the case Im getting

XD im i the only one who thinks its hilarious that he gets a $20 optical drive with his build. Anyway great build but since you say $3500 as the price tag you should get a couple of hard drives. other than that its seems fine.

I have plenty of Hard Drives laying around so I dont need to get another one. And the DVD Drive is so that I can install Windows until I can get my Bluray drive out of my current PC

i would get this out of personal preference

4930k

32gbddr3

2 256gb ssd

same mobo

tripple sli gtx  780

antec lanboy air

5 noctua fans

1300w evga psu 80+ gold

i wouldn't recommend this for a streamer. First of all, you don't need 32GB of ram, even 16 would be more than enough. Second, i would prefer the GTX 780ti sli, since usually 3 GPU's don't scale well at all, and i would use brands more like asus, msi or evga. (never heard any1 to recommend zotac). 3rd, that case would be far way from silent even with those noctua fans, since the GPU's use open aur coolers, they are gona be very loud. I would prefer something like the Fractal design define r4.

ok thats fine :D

Yeah, I agree, that build is way overkill for me. And I also agree that I would prefer brands like EVGA and such. Also the case is the one I have picked and is pretty much non negotiable unless there is a really good reason not to get it.

So this is a new build I was looking at today.
