2x Xeon E5645 72Gb RAM ULTIMATE Budget Music Workstation [less than 100$]

Im working on an less than 100 $ workstation for music production.
Found an Fujitsu RX300 S6 Serverboard with two CPUs namely the Intel Xeon E5645 (2,4 Ghz) including the Heatsinks and 72 Gb of RAM spread across all 18 slots for 50 Dollars.
All other parts are taken from an really old Office Maschine.
Namely an ATI Radeon HD 4350 GPU with HDMI(so sound will be over hdmi only until i can find a cheap RME Hammerfall card). The only thing that is missing to hopefully turn it on and make it POST and boot is an Propietary PSU from Fujitsu(30 Dollars).
As OS a modified Windows 7 Ultimate Version will be used(less than 1 gb install size) and as DAW FL Studio 11.
The goal of this build is too run 30 to 50 instances of the vst synthesizer Avenger(one instance takes around 1gb of ram).
Too get usable performance i plan to heavily undervolt the system.

Has someone experience if server boards post without chassis?

Buddy those heatsinks need fans

Also doubt that board has overclocking options such as voltage control
