I’ve had a few topics now regarding my planned server, hardware and such. It’s mainly to house my gaming computer, linux/plex server, AV equipment and power/UPS. My networking needs are fairly simple so I’m not going to bother with anything fancy in that area. Here’s what I have so far:

What yall think? I know the actual computer case sizes are a bit overkill but I want as much space for cooling as possible in them.

are you going to use water cooling in your system ?
I’m looking at a liam li evo o11 case and put it on a shelf. Its nice because it got glass in the front so you can still look at your system

I would usually put Storage and UPS at the bottom as they are generally the heaviest.

I might eventually but just air cooling for now :slight_smile: that is a nice case

ahh good point, about the storage, although the AV receiver is pretty heavy too. Something to think about!

I got the startech 25U 4-post open frame, really solid
