25.000€/$] RAM-Gaming-PC [Gaming-Rec (PC|PS5) Vid-Editing]

Greetings there, my fellow PC-Enthusiasts.

You see, over the years I developed and implemented a peculiar Work-Method. I didn’t do it deliberately, though. By processing the sheer volume of the accumulated content I compiled together, my workflow just adjusted in this particular way. Despite being inherently a very effective and rewarding procedure, it concurrently carries along several aggravating and restricting obstacles.

Simply put, I work between an estimated 400-600 Tabs in my Browser. In the first instance, what I essentially do is a screening process of some sort. I examine and review one Tab after another and look through every single website, to evaluate which data I incorporate and store into my Computer. By continuously repeating this process, I effectively cut down the used and excessive Tabs and decrease the overall number as a result.

However, my current Gaming-PC definitely cannot keep up with this devastating and enormous strain. So in conclusion, what I wanna do now is to start with a clean slate and create • The Ultimate RAM-Gaming-PC (Liquid Cooled - Deluxe Edition) • . One that is efficient and powerful enough to withstand overwhelming strain of this magnitude, without much effort.

Of course, it goes without saying, that the Gaming aspect cannot be cast aside or get the short end of the stick, it’s just as important. I too, am a passionate Gamer, after all. I strongly intend to record my Gaming experience and create a multitude of various videos for my Vid-Collection.

I do have a rough idea of what needs to be done to accomplish this task, but I still rely on your proficiency and expertise to hone, refine, and fine-tune this rough Diamond into perfection. The basic notion, of containing a substantial amount of RAM, is crystal clear. Since it’s been absolutely evident, that my current 32GB of RAM are nowhere near enough. So for the time being, I was aiming at something between 192GB - 256GB RAM.

But please, don’t get me wrong. My disposition towards excessive RAM stands in no correlation to some nonsensical devotion, for the braggadocious rights of some Dick-Measuring-Contest. Even after drilling down on the subject repeatedly, I still ain’t having the slightest clue as to how much RAM is precisely required, for up to 600 Tabs to perform flawlessly, while Gaming/Video-Editing at the same time? What I genuinely seek, is the exact right amount of RAM, that is truly best for this Build.

How do you stand budget-wise?
My budget is around 25.000€/$, plus extra.
I don’t have a completely fixed budget, since mine involves a certain form of flexibility, from the get-go. Shouldn’t the budget be in any way sufficient enough, please don’t hesitate to let me know. So long it’s beneficial, I will always invest more.

What will you be using your new PC for?
First up, is my peculiar processing form, and secondly my Gaming in correspondence with my video editing.

Where do you buy your parts from?
I live in Germany. So if available, I generally order through Geizhals.de (UK-Version: Skinflint.co.uk) and occasionally from Amazon.de(GER) too.
But seriously, if Newegg, Amazon.com, Microcenter, or any other site is your preferred webpage, then please, make use of whatever you feel most comfortable with. I can easily acquire the parts of your selection from my respective region, accordingly. After all, regardless the costs or my place of residence, I’m still ready to import all necessary components Worldwide, as long as it makes sense.

Do you have a brand preference?
I definitely prefer Nvidia when it comes to the GPU, since they frequently had the edge over AMD, particularly in the High-End territory. For better or worse… ú__û

Do you want to overclock?
Regrettably, I’ve never done it before over the years, but I always intended to. So on this occasion, at long last, I certainly will seize the opportunity.

Will you employ Water Cooling?
You bet your ass I will!
The Water Cooling aspect by itself alone is of special significance and by far the most instrumental element, amongst a wide variety of other things. Not only that, it will most definitely require even the vast majority of work. Even so, be that as it may, a 25.000€/$ PC without customized Liquid Cooling? Absolutely out of the question.

At this point, I seriously cannot stress this enough, that I really wanna make this right, get the best possible result out of it and finish strong. You can’t imagine why, but for me, this new Computer truly symbolizes a mighty Beacon of Inspiration and Vision. To be frank, it‘s honestly hard to explain. It just means so much more to me, than merely putting together a random mechanical device of some sort.

Yours appreciatively obliged,
VorteX

I did try to format my post as best i could, but see above re: fixing things up a bit

well it might work for you but clearly isn’t the best way to get engagement. Take a look at some other build help request threads and see what works :cookie:

Good luck and Welcome to the Forum!

I’m assuming that I read the 25k budget correctly rather than a typo and you actually meant 2.5k, so here is a wildly expensive build for you. Plenty of changes can be made to save some money without sacrificing too much performance. With that being said, you can have your browser unload inactive tabs after a couple of minutes to reduce RAM usage significantly. I typically have between 200 and 300 open tabs, but only a dozen or so actively loaded and in use.

Windows 11 Pro activation key: $30

I would buy two cards just to have extra compute.

If price is not the issue you might look at something like the following for a bundle …

I apologize if you got offended but the long winded, over fluffed way that you wrote is exactly the same as ai summaries are written

Real people do not talk this in actual real life conversations

You wrote an entire paragraph and said exactly nothing

More people might might help if they could get through reading and gleam what exactly the problem you are having through all of the unnecessary fluff

It’s like I’m shoving through a mud of pointless words to find the substance

so many ai generated english translated manhua’s mess up the numbers. 10,000 sudden becomes 10 billion.

I’m running KDE Neon on my Dell Latitude 7490 with i7 and 16GB RAM. Firefox currently has about 330 tabs open, and is probably not even using half the RAM. While more RAM is always nice, I dare say the browser is probably not the main user here, unless you are using Chrome or another Chromium-based browser, which are known to be less frugal. Based on your usage description, your video editing and gaming will require far more resources than your browser.

More is better; period. Finding a ‘best minimum amount’ is an exercise in benchmarking, and after you’re done with it, a case will occur that uses more resources, and you’re f_cked again.

Other than that, spending 25K on a PC sounds rather insane to me. Do you have the kind of job that justifies the expense (as in, you’ll earn a multiple of it back in a year)?
