2 NVIDIA GPUs in same IOMMU group on Z390-AORUS-PRO

I am trying to pass though a 3080 though to a KVM/QEMU VM on ubuntu 22.04 (I can switch to whatever distro for this as I only installed to have a GPU Passthough). When I use this bash script:

#!/bin/bash
shopt -s nullglob
for g in /sys/kernel/iommu_groups/*; do
    echo "IOMMU Group ${g##*/}:"
    for d in $g/devices/*; do
        echo -e "\t$(lspci -nns ${d##*/})"
    done;
done;

this is the output I get:

I have seem some solutions with ACS in the bios but when I went in (Z390-AORUS-PRO with 9900k) I don’t see it (if its an upgrade thing I have not upgraded my BIOS since I bought the Motherboard in Oct 2020)

What should I do to solve this and be able to pass though only he 3080 and use the 960 as the host GPU?
