I’m looking for 180 degrees EPS (CPU) power adapter, if anyone have suggestion please let me know.
OR very slim 90 degrees one.
I’ve 2U barebone server case and NVIDIA Tesla P40.
Reinforcement bar of 2U case is situated such that I can’t plug power to GPU (and GPU takes CPU power connector). I’m looking for something like this: https ://www.amazon.com/COMeap-Connector-Adapter-Desktop-Graphics/dp/B08NB9FX67 but for CPU.
OR is there a different way to mount GPU, even external? I’ve this motherboard: Supermicro H12SSL-NT and this case: rosewill-rsv-z2850u
For external solution: can I just get low profile Thunderbolt PCIe card (if there is such thing).
Put GPU in enclosure (eGPU) and then connect it that way?
You’ll need to provide a picture or drawing of which direction you’re trying to route it, as there are a wide variety of possible positions and space constraints. In particular, you you need the bend toward or away from the locking clip, and how “tall” can the connector be?
I think something like your link but female pointing to any sides (instead of down) would work better.
I’ll post some pics (not sure if it will make situation clear)
[EDIT] Adding pic
(showing amount of clearance for power connector)
