Or, as SomeTechNoob already suggested (and what I would also suggest) is to just get a Chromebook. Just make sure it has an SSD instead of HDD and at least 4GB ram (multiple chrome tabs like plenty of ram).

Intel Celeron might be a good option as far as processors go, then find a cheap MOBO, 4GB of RAM, and a WD Blue Drive.

i second this. (is currently using an Acer C720 Chromebook. $199)

boots in 4 seconds, no viruses, great for email and web browsing.
