What are some cpu coolers that are less then 150 mm and are good? All the "tower design" coolers are ~160 ish mm and won't fit... I found the Phanteks PH-TC14CS and It seems to be good... but I was wondering if there any better ones at that price point and/or cheaper... 

Or should I just buck up and get a AIO like the h80i / h100i?

Theese use 92mm fans and are about 13-14 cm.There are some good quality 92mm fans on the market should you wish to replace the fans.

You could also take a look at silverstone or scythe branded low profile coolers.
