Glowing Ore Veins

Sounds of Skyrim (along with about a dozen other sound mods)

The New Aela/Lydia/etc

The REAL Fus Ro Dah

Ultimate HD Fire Effects

Wearable Lanterns (to go with the dark dungeons that should result from realistic lighting overhaul and/or other light affecting mods)

EDIT: No matter how popular WATER is, I will always prefer the look of Pure Waters. To me, WATER leaves the water looking like a reflective sheet, while Pure Waters makes it look realistic. This was very apparent while crawling around in a dungeon today (Pure Waters on teh left, WATER on the right).

There probably is a way to get pure water textures while keeping some features of WATER mod.
