* Mobo should be fine and is just a tad cheaper
* GPU is an upgrade from the GTX 660 Ti, but that is up to you if you want to change.
* SSD is a bit cheaper and is pretty quick. Tom's Hardware lists it as a good buy at ~$100
* The case is plenty for this budget. If you like the 300r or 500r you can get those too. Both are good buys, IMHO. I just like to spend more on the GPU, if possible, and by limiting the cost on a few parts one can do that. :)
* PSU is much better than your selection and about the same cost.
