I want to run my graphics cards at 100% fan speed all of the time.
I've done some Googling and some sites say it's bad because it will wear out the fan and other sites say it's fine. Which is right? Also noise doesn't bother me.

the fan on your graphics card was designed to spin at variable speeds depending on what the temps our gpu chip was currently at. although i dont see any big problems with running it at full speed you will of course decrease the life of the fan, by how much im not really sure but i dont think it's a big deal.
