Zotac 3090 ti black screen

I get black screens with my 3090ti holo in Gpu z shows Vrel / voltage reliability , corsair 1200 w shift both the native 12vhpr and 3x 8pin to 12vhp does it 3x 8 pin to 12vhp does it less for sure.
