Zorin OS

I just started to use Zorin OS. Zorin OS is basically a windows clone, but based on the ubuntu kernal. I didn't like the Unity UI in Ubuntu, so I have decided to try out Zorin OS. So far I like it. I just recently installed it onto my laptop as a dual boot with Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit. So far I do like Zorin OS. The Lite version only takes 128 MBs of ram. Which is pretty fucking good for a new distro of linux. I tried to install samba on Zorin OS, no luck on that yet. I'm still a newbie with linux. When I get more knowlage, Ill be helping other people out with linux and convince my high school to make a switch. I'll be doing updates from time to time about Zorin OS and how everything is going

I'm going to have to try linux one of these days...

Anyone know if it's possible to partition a RAID 0 array?

i still need to try any kind of linux

D:

Just make a VM.

I'll be doing a review soon. I have been messing with the latest Ubuntu, Linux Mint, and Zorin. Zorin is the best... by far.

I might follow suite with the review on that. I'll be covering Zorin OS Lite. It barely takes up ram. It only requires a bare minimum of 128MB. It would be pretty good for an old ass system to. Dosen't make well for a server though
