I have a z690 board coming alongside i9 13900k.
ASUS website tells me
“Before BIOS update, please download Intel ME update tool from ASUS support site, and update ME firmware to Version 16.1.25.2020 to ensure optimized system settings.”
But isn’t Intel ME installed through windows?
So how am I supposed to get windows installed without first updating the BIOS to accept the 13th generation CPU?
The instructions seem backwards.
