YouTube sound bug

Just noticed about an hour ago this youtube sound problem. some videos have very static breaking sound. 

is it some kind of flash bug? i read somewhere it has to do with Adoby messing up system sounds O.o 

this bg is in effect on Chrome and IE so far as i checked

now try pausing and playing and the volume should lower and higher randomly

this works fine for me on chrome and IE.

K figured it out, mobo soundcard issue . when i had the Sterio Mix on it messed up all kinds of sounds in my system - not a browser problem
