first off not sure if this is the right place or not but here it goes during the day youtube loads fast and at night it loads like im on a 26.4kb/s dailup line havent clue whats going on got my router on lock down as best as i can and my speed is the same during the day and at night around 10mbit anybody know how to fix?
Its because your ISP is re-routing you through their older infrastructure in order to save costs yadayadayda.

( its not just time warner cable. I'm up in Canada and this fix helped me)
Your video streams will take 2 seconds longer to "start" but the throughput is a lot more reliable and stable.

didnt work i dont think i did it right
Go to your start menu. Type "CMD" in the search bar. Right click on "cmd" in the programs list, select "Run as administrator" Then copy/paste this command.
netsh advfirewall firewall add rule name="MITCHRIBARYTUBE" dir=in action=block remoteip=173.194.55.0/24,206.111.0.0/16 enable=yes
It should say "OK", then you're done.
doesnt work if you dont use windows firewall, also doesnt work even when you turn on windows firewall
turn off your other one. Firewalls are pretty useless.
