I have recently purchesed a sapphire radon hd 7750 graphics card and was wandering what people thought of it, because the price is that of a buget GPU but it will run arma 2 on full settings at like 50fps how does that work?

The reasons for someone to choose a 7750 over a 7770 are very few. They're practically the same price right now. It's like $95 vs $105.
i went with the 7750, as a 7770 would of required an upgraded PSU, which wasn't in the budget.
7770 is probably more suited for Arma 2, especially if you're planning on playing the DayZ mod which is really heavy on your system. But the 7750 is the recommended GPU for Arma 3, so it ain't that bad. You'll get away with 430W psu paired with a 7770
