What is/was your weekend go-to at your college? I attend UofL in Kentucky and mostly because its cheap here (2 or 3 times cheaper than out of state), we drink a lot of bourbon. Wild Turkey, Maker's, Old Forester, and Jim Beam are Friday night staples. You will also find Kentucky Gentleman but I warn you to stay away. It's presence relies on the fact that it's cheaper than off-brand soda. There doesn't seem to be any kind of regularity when it comes to beer.
Im the most boring person ever. My weekends are spent on my PC with a friend or my gf playing games. I dont drink so I hardly ever go out to the "clubz". I joined a gaming society but they are alllllll console noobs so I have never went because I cba playing something like halo. I drink a lot of coke and go to the shops every 2-3 days for random crap to eat while gaming. Most of my uni friends live a bit away and come in on the train so I hardly meet up with them during weekends. Im pretty boring.
Before they decided that everyone was an alcoholic and needed to be controlled I was exclusively a bourbon drinker. I love the stuff, a good quality one with some ice is perfect for a gentlemanly game. Or something cheaper and coke for when I wanted a blowout.
Now that the price have gone up be an extra €15 strangely only on burbons, I am a firm Stout/Porter drinker. Same applies, Good quality and a long slow night is really enjoyable but if I want to just go for it an 8 pack of Guuinness will do it usually.
