By the way... Does anyone else think Tarantinos films have gone to crap? Inglourious Basterds and Django Unchained were the same movie.
Metropolis (1927), Dr. Strangelove, Cassablanca, and the Count of Monte Cristo (1934).
That reminds me how could I forget V for Vendetta
Seven Samurai (1954)
The Princess Bride (1987)
The Shawshank Redemption (1994)
Blade Runner (1982)
Young Frankenstein (1974)
The Godfather (1972)
Apocalypse Now (1979)
Dark City (1998)
Knockaround Guys (2001)
I recently watched Seven Samurai based on recomendations from /tv/ and I have to say I was not to impressed. Don't get me wrong it was good enough movie and worth the watch but it wasn't the best movie ever as many have told me. I did really like the ending though. I honestly liked 13 Assassins more than seven samurai even though the computer special effects were pretty bad.
P.S. The Princess Bride is one of the only movies I would describe as perfect.
Blade Runner
Shawshack Redemption
Lord Of The Rings
Cast Away
Iron Man
House Of Wax
The Pendeloum
Star Wars
Back To The Future
Terminator 2
Monty Python: The Holy Grail
Life of Brian
The Godfather
To name a few..
Big Kahuna
The Godfather
Saw (the first one was a horror masterpiece in my opinion)
Holy Motors (really weird and trippy movie, but i'd suggest it to everyone)
Trainspotting
Shawshank redemption
Se7en
The usual suspects
