You should add Baccano to that list, it should fit in just right, btw watch the dub version.
Although it may sound rather silly... i dont watch old stuff very often because of the aspect ratios of most of them...

Bakuman, that or Naruto, possibly Samurai Champloo since Nujabes's beats are so good.
