I found the menu but I really don't know what I am looking at other than tiny bullshit.
I think I fixed it but because M$ can't make a menu make any fucking sense to save their lives I'll have to see if it crashes or not to find out.
Back later.
alright. rebooted into windows for you.
It is under PCI Express
then link state power management
Do I leave it turned off or turn it on?
try maximum performance
or off
Theres off, minimum power savings, maximum power savings.
off. was thinking of something else
mmmk then I'll be back later after a test.
Skyrim didn't explode so I think thats a good start at this point.
New issue, skyrim uses the dGPU but Rocket League doesn't.
Edit: I am going to list what games use the dGPU as I find them and all the ones that do not.
Do:
Skyrim (60FPS)
Xcom Enemy Unknown (60+FPS)
CSGO
Fallout New Vegas
Don't:
Rocket League (Cannot get good FPS at any setting, using intel chip)
It kinda just looks like a few games here and there aren't using the dGPU.
Rocket league is DX9. Not sure why that would be a problem but try others and check outcome. Not sure about the api level of the other games in your list.
