You'd be suprised how little a NAS actually needs in raw CPU power. I'd go with the lowest TDP possible. Even IF you want the NAS to actually show something (just playback), Then almost ANY GPU would do...

Well best to go for the gpu version then. I bought a xeon a while ago without iGPU, I ended putting a cheap graphicscard in it afterall. So that's maybe a good lesson; always include a GPU into the specs :)
