XIGMATEK Dark Night vs Aegir

Currently I'm considering two different CPU coolers from XIGMATEK, the Dark Knight II Night Hawk Edition:

and the Aegir:

Looking at the specs, both heatsinks are the same height, width, and depth, but the Aegir has more thermal mass (670g vs 406g) and the Aegir has 6 heatpipes vs. the Dark Knight's 3.  But, as we all know, the Dark Knight does have it's fancy ceramic coating.

So my question is, which will perform better?  The Aegir with its larger thermal mass and greater number of heat pipes, or the Dark Knight II with its ceramic coating?  I've tried looking for benchmarks online, but I can't find any direct comparisons.  So I wanted to know if any of you guys would know which performs better.

I'm already convinced by the Dark Night, as Logan proved that it outperformed the $100 Corsair H100, so I want to know if the slightly higher priced Aegir can beat it.

One more question.  I'm going to be getting the NZXT Phantom soon, and was wondering if these heatsinks are  short enough to allow me to mount a 200mm on the side panel, or if the heatsinks will block it.  Thanks!
