I have a big problem I tried to flash my XFX 7970s bios and it failed and now I only get a black screen every time I boot up and I do not have a second vga to use to flash it again please somebody help.
Do you have a BIOS switch?
Did you backup the BIOS? Today I did the exact same thing. I didn't back the bios up so I had to grab the right one off http://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/
After you get the right one, try blind flashing (doing what you did before, with the good bios and no screen).
I have no BIOS switch. And yes I have a backup BIOS
either borrow a shitty gpu so you can get into windows then reflash or put your card in another machine and reflash it.
I have bought a PCI gpu for $20 but it arrives in 3 weeks is there anything I can do in the mean time?
