Xeon W-3175X - Coooling and power supply question

I recently became a new owner of an Evga SR-3 motherboard and the Xeon W-3175X, i want to run it at around 4.5GHz all core and saw a review stating that at 4.5ghz 1.18v it will consume around 524w measured at the outlet and plan to use a single RTX A4000 with a TDP of 140w and maybe upgrade it in the future to a RTX A5000 which has a TDP of 230w. I’m trying to decide if i should go with a 1200w power supply or a 1600w.

For cooling im running a Heatkiller 480-L and Heatkiller 240-L which are both 48mm thick radiators, will these be enough to keep the CPU cool with an RTX A4000 or RTX A5000 in the loop? The case im using is a Silvertone TJ07 which can fit one more 30mm thick 240mm rad up top and maybe another 240mm in the 5.25 bay area with some modding. Should i add another 240mm rad for this CPU or are my current radiators good enough?

50-60% load on a PSU is the sweet spot for efficiency.
