I posted a AM3+ Micro ATX/Mini IX topic and people said it would never happen and instead recommended Intel and that's what I am going to do.

It has to have a Xeon, Hyper-threaded (4 cores 8 threads) CPU in it because its like a i7 but cheaper and not overclockable, included as the CPU for the new gaming PC.

I won't need a SSD because this is a friends computer and not mines and he has a Samsung 840 Pro 512GB, i won't need a monitor, keyboard, speakers or OS because he has all of these.
