The only part I didn't like about your post was the mention of Ebay. I can't stand the site. Selling stuff to me is a pain in the butt as you have to deal with shipping (measuring stuff and approximating cost off that) plus you can end up with bad stuff really easily and there are no assurances you get your money back from what I can tell. My brother used the site quite a bit and was fine buying and shipping stuff but he wasn't dealing with tech items. I prefer to sell locally and it has worked out for me in every instance.

Well as far as compatibility with Xeon ES samples and X99 boards.
if i´m correct it was mainly Asus that seem to have an issue with that.
Cool build definitelly.
I have a X99 board sitting here, and maybe a Xeon ES might be interesting for me aswell.
Allthough i would like to have one with higher clocks.

Yeah higher speeds ES Xeon´s will probably gonne add up to the cost significantly.
Probably just be better of with a 5820K or 6800K maybe.
Allthough those have gon up in prices also.
