X99 Micro Raid bluescreen

I am trying to raid two 750 GB WD Blacks. I have already set up the raid configuration in the raid controller. RAID1, status says normal. My OS is on an internal SSD and I would like to put my OS on the array but everytime the computer starts to boot into windows from the ssd, it bluescreens, when not in raid, it boots jist fine. I am trying to catch the bluescreen code, but it's really quick.

So you're trying to add an hardwarare RAID configuration made by the motherboard to the system while the OS was installed to an SSD when the RAID config was not present, am I right?
If is this the case you can't do it and the bluescreen is normal because at the moment of the generation of the OS the SATA mode was set in the registry as AHCI so when you're trying to change it from the motherboard to RAID the OS doesen't know what to do. You have to boot into Windows with just the SSD, change a registry key value to accept the RAID configuration, shut down the machine, add the RAID and than boot it back up. If you have any important data on the SSD back it up because maybe you'll not be able to boot back into it if something goes wrong.
