Some X670E (noted the E suffix) motherboards do. Possible bifurcations: x16, x0, x4 or x8, x8, x4 on the on-board x16 mechanical slots. All three slots in PCIe 5.0 directly connected to the CPU.
ASUS workstation class boards sometimes use PLX chips.
