X-Mas dinner thread!

3 days to go guys and gals,

lets do a throw down of what you guys are gonna have for x-mas dinner or for some europeans it will be X-mas eve dinner.

I know theres goin to be alot of turkey and ham.

I celebrate on X-mas eve and x-mas day,

so the first dinner ,

For staters , pate , foie gras ,chorizo and salami as appetisers , then irish smoked salmon on soda bread.

the main, will be slow roasted leg o' lamb and a Ham boiled in fresh apple juice and dry cider then roast and glazed in honey and mustard, french beans ,carrots and potatoes roasted in goosefat then proper gravy no that cheating packet stuff.

so then after all that its a platter of various cheeses. then dessert is xmas pudding and a few cakes.

then dinner at my dads on x-mas day is the usual turkey and ham fiasco then more cake and pudding.

I'll be leaving out the ridiculous amount of booze that usually gets consumed over the entire x-mas period because i can't have any because of my strept throat .

anywho post what you guys and girls are going to have and certainly share recipies except those family secrets.
