Brand new, never used. I bought this for my first gen HP Envy 14 laptop, in an effort to get Wireless-AC. I didn't realize that the BIOS was locked up and wouldn't allow other network cards aside from the model that came in it. At the point of my trying to install it I was after the return period. Save a few bucks buying it from me ($18.99 on Amazon)!

^ Although the price on Amazon has dropped from when I first listed this in 2015. I'm still $1 cheaper, and it's still unused since my laptop has it blacklisted.
