I'm looking to buy a socket 1366 mobo for an upcoming rig (I'm switching from 1155, strange decision I know). I'm just looking for any working 1366 board, however as always I'd like to see photos or just model numbers before making the decision to purchase. I figured I'd rather help out one of the guys here on the community then help some strange company on eBay clear their stock. If you've got some kind of CPU with it, I'd consider making an offer on that as well, if you would tell me. If a trade would be better for you, as I said I have some 1155 parts available if need be, namely an i5 3330 and a barebones for an Alienware X51, both in perfect working order. I live in the continental US, for what that's worth.
Are you looking for an x58 chipset or one of the workstation/server class chipsets?
Most likely just X58, as I don't think I'd benefit from any of the extra features a workstation board might have.
You need to specify as some of the xeons only work on specific motherboards in that socket.
Are you still looking? Got a i7-930 with gigabyte x58a-ud3r rev 2.0. Itching for an upgrade.
