I'm looking to buy a used 1080p 144hz monitor, i'm willing to pay up to $160 (for monitor itself) + international shipping (aside from monitor's price).
Monitor need to be at least 24", can accept smaller ones a long as it is 144hz and has no scratches on the screen (don't mind if bezels/stand is scratched).
