My windows update server vm shows all of the client computers, and the local logs on the clients show that they are communicating with WSUS, but the clients have not updated from 1903 to 1909. I also cannot view the reports in WSUS because it wants the microsoft report viewer 2012, and I cannot get a usb to connect, and while I can navigate to the download page in the vm, I cannot get it to download. I am running WSUS in a server 2019 environment, and the VM is running on a server 2019 dell poweredge 720 with the hyper-v role.
Do you have the appropriate feature update enabled and approved for those systems?
I have already downloaded and approved all appropriate updates for the client systems.
