Wrong Time on TrueNAS SCALE

I have a TrueNAS SCALE offsite backup machine running TrueNAS SCALE 22.12.2
The time in the OS on that host is off by a few days. How do I fix it so that the time is correct?

are you get the " your NAS time does not match your computer time" warning?

if yes, does the time sync for a while and then fall back out of sync when you click the synchronize button on the warning, or what exactly is happening?

I don’t really know what is happening other than the system time is just wrong tbh
