Would this PC be fine to build ? low budget

Hi!

I recently joined because I would like to build a computer for my friend, a low budget one .

He has a really tight budget right now, and at the same time he needs a PC capable of playing WoW at 720p.

I decided to buy a low to mid range APU for him , the A6-5400K and a good board which would allow future upgrades, he would like to invest more money in the system when Richland and possibly Kaveri will come out and buy an A10 APU (if Kaveri will still have the same socket as Trinity and Richland - FM2).

I did find some issues however in chosing the parts, here are my questions:

Would the 2133mhz Geil EVO Corsa 2x2 kit work with this APU ? I'm not sure because it exceeds the maximal supported frequency of the A6-5400k (1866).Will it automatically clock the 2133 ram down to 1866 or I will have to tweak the BIOS?

Would the Corsair CX-500 be enough ? (Take in consideration a future upgrade to A10)

What disadvantage / advantage would an A55/A75/A85X chipset cause ? Would any of these bottleneck future APU upgrades?

What motherboards would you suggest to buy, no need for USB 3.0 and possibly 4 RAM slots.

The price of the MOBO shouldn't exceed 100-110$.

The total budget is 350$.

Thank you for your patience and for your opinion if advance!

So here are the specs which I was thinking about:

AMD A6-5400k

Geil EVO Corsa 2x2 GB @2133 mhz

Corsair CX 500 PSU

MSI FM2-A75MA-E35 FM2 mobo

AsRocK FM2A75M-DGS

MSI FM2-A75MA-E35

None of these mobo's have 4 ram slots, if you could suggest one with 4 at around the same price, I would appreciate it

At least try an A8.

He decided to buy this apu untill he makes enough money for an A10. His decision, not mine.

Well, regardless. 500W will be fine.

i was gonna use a APU but for the same performance it's actually cheaper to go intel, 7770>6670 crossfired

So will the 2133 RAM automatically clock itself down to 1866 ?

Would the suggested motherboards be futureproof for a Richland A10
