Would a 4+2 power phase be enough to overclock an 8350?

(I live in the United Kingdom)

I was thinking of getting this motherboard: http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/M5A97_R20/

(and this build) http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/HJyS

I was originally going for a 6300, but now I got a copy of windows 7 from a friend, I can afford the 8350.

The 6300 (from the top of my head) uses 95w at the most, stock freq. of course, but I know the 8350 uses about 140ish watts, would a 4+2 power phase be enough to get a good overclock with it? Nothing extreme, using an hyper 212 mind you. I know the more power phases the merrier, after some research.

If you can, point me in the right direction for a better motherboard (preferably asus)

Any help is greatly appriciated.
